Project Details

K3 completed this complete gut and redo of CITI’s new space in 10 weeks. CITI had a critical move-in deadline, complex security considerations, and desired a high level of finishes and details. The project met the client’s programmatic goal of consolidating two executive divisions within the same company while maintaining two separate and secure environments. Communal areas, consisting of the conference rooms, pantry, and the reception area, are the focal areas for the design. The design utilizes a combination of natural stone flooring, wood veneer panels, and etched glass to create a timeless and elegant environment.
