In keeping with K3’s full-service approach, we often collaborate to provide “Cradle to Grave” Design-Build services. This approach allows our clients to have K3 as the single point of contact to oversee their project. K3 will manage and contract with all the agreed to parties on behalf of the client. This approach can encompass responsibilities to include comprehensive real estate development, needs assessment/space planning, design, procurement of furnishings as well as construction. This gives our client a single point of contact which streamlines every communication thus speeding up the planning and approvals. While saving time saves money, this single point of contact also ensure that the client’s vision is clearly communicated and understood by all parties in every step of the process.
