Description:

The new Legg Mason Tower on the Inner Harbor is the new home of the Baltimore office of Hogan & Hartson.  The building is pre-certified LEED Silver, and the law firm interior was designed to LEED Silver certification.

The space features high-end law firm finishes, with floor to ceiling glass in all exterior offices, and clerestory glass on interior walls to let in natural light.  The office features light/motion sensors and an open floor plan to reduce energy.  Wind credits were purchased from BG&E to offset power consumption.

An in-house recycling system is in place, and over 75% of construction materials were recycled.
