K3 Construction reports multiple contract awards in June
Reston, VA - (June 29, 2007) K3 Construction is excited to announce several key project awards during the month of June. Archstone-Smith has hired K3 for a third lobby renovation project. Taylor Development and Land Company will contract with K3 for the second interior buildout at the Metropolitan Shops at Prince George's Plaza in Hyattsville, Maryland.
Sharp Electronics has signed K3 to build their new space in Arlington, and a national association has selected K3 to build out their new space at1430 K Street.
