K3 completed this lobby and fitness center renovation in Fairfax, Virginia, which is one of several prototypes that Marriott is developing for a nationwide roll-out.  Features include “go-boards”, user-friendly flat-screen TVs, upscale coffee bars with bakery selections, a market for “to-go” purchases, and sitting/meeting areas designed for traveler’s comfort.
