Description:
Complete historic renovation of interior and exterior of this multi-building, multi-level structure built in the early 1920’s and typical of the industrial/classical architecture of 14th Street.
The renovation merged two recently purchased buildings and Studio’s original space. The central building features a breathtaking glass atrium, which contrasts with the heavy masonry surfaces and steel posts and beams. New elements include a thin wooden arcade with rectangular openings, which act as both decorative pattern and architectural space shapers.
