Description:

Software AG chose Reston as their North American headquarters location, and was one of the first companies to anchor the Dulles Technology corridor. This 3-floor buildout features handsome finishes, custom dye carpet, floating ceilings, and exotic flooring in the lobby and reception area. Specialty features include custom metal ceiling panels, patterned architectural glass, and natural stone counters in the conference center.

Special Plexiglas® panels in workstations and plenty of open space provide a light-filled work environment for employees.

The state of the art data center features supplemental HVAC, and required structural steel reinforcement to meet weight requirements of the UPS and battery back-up system.
