Title: K3 Promotes Keith Clark to VP and Principal

Reston, VA  (January 23, 2008)   K3 Construction Group is pleased to announce that Keith Clark has become a principal of the company and has been promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction.  Keith joined the company in 2004 as a project manager, and quickly rose to Director of Preconstruction.   Jeff Martello, president of K3, commented that, “Keith’s dedication, positive contribution and commitment to the company have earned him this opportunity. His unwavering support of the company’s mission makes him a great addition to the leadership team.”  Keith joins Jeff, Paul Moore and Paul Fangmeyer as principals, continuing the company’s long standing commitment to offer ownership opportunities to the staff.  The three existing principals purchased the company from Jorge Kfoury in 2006, and last year changed the name from Kfoury to K3. Keith’s 33 years of commercial construction experience, leveraged during the preconstruction phase, is a tremendous asset to the company and all of K3’s projects.  Prior to joining K3, Keith’s career included work from Richmond, Virginia to Pennsylvania, south to Georgia, west to Kansas and even Japan for a variety of clients – colleges, health and medical facilities, power plants, banks, churches, restaurants and government agencies. K3 focuses on high-end commercial interiors, complex building renovations, and base building construction.

K3 counts among its clients Fortune 500 corporations, dozens of associations and government agencies, the largest and oldest law firms in Washington, and many hotels, restaurants and religious institutions.
