JEFF MARTELLO
President
As Principal and President, Jeff has full management responsibility for the company, and leads the company's project management teams and support staff. Prior to joining the company in 1987, Jeff held management positions with Oliver Carr, Trammell Crow Company, and the George Hyman Construction Company. Jeff graduated from Pennsylvania State University.
PAUL MOORE
Principal and Senior Project Manager
Paul joined K3 in 1992 and has over 20 years of diverse construction experience, including base building, interiors, historic renovations, churches and technology sector. He specializes in high-end interior work, and manages the relationships with many of K3's law firm clients. He graduated from Ithaca College.
PAUL FANGMEYER
Principal and Senior Project Manager
Paul joined the company in 1995 and specializes in full building renovations and base building work. Paul is known for his solution-oriented style of leadership, a critical skill in his role managing the company's field operations. He also manages tenant interior work and historic preservation and renovation projects.
KEITH CLARK
Principal and Vice President, Preconstruction
Keith's 33 years of commercial construction experience is a tremendous asset to the company and all of K3's projects. Prior to joining K3, Keith worked for a variety of clients -- colleges, health and medical facilities, power plants, banks, churches, restaurants and government agencies. Keith graduated from the University of Richmond.
